• Power Steering Pressure Hose Application:
• The power steering hose is an important part of the car power steering system, and is mainly responsible for transmitting steering fluid. The steering fluid plays a role in transmitting force and lubrication in the power steering system, and the power steering hose is an indispensable channel in this process. It connects the steering gear and other related parts to ensure that the steering fluid can flow smoothly, thereby achieving flexible steering of the car.

• When the car is driving in a straight line, the steering control valve connects the working fluid pumped out by the steering oil pump to the oil tank, the steering oil pump is in an unloaded state, and the power steering does not work. When the car needs to turn, such as turning right, the driver turns the steering wheel to the right, and the steering control valve connects the working fluid pumped out by the steering oil pump to the right chamber, and connects the left chamber to the oil tank. Under the action of oil pressure, the rack and piston move, and the rocker arm shaft rotates counterclockwise through the fan teeth, pulling the main pull rod through the steering knuckle and steering trapezoid to make the left and right wheels swing to the right, thereby realizing right steering. The opposite is true for turning left.
