The precise control of micro-foaming technology is adopted, the cell closure rate is greatly improved, and the thermal conductivity of the product is lower; the cells are also more uniform and dense, with strong resistance to water vapor penetration, and extended service life. Rubber plastic is a closed cell structure, and it is difficult for water in the outside air to penetrate into the material. It has excellent resistance to water vapor penetration, and there is no need to add a vapor barrier layer on the surface of the cold and heat insulation layer. The moisture resistance factor μ value of rubber plastic is greater than 3500 (ISO9346), which constitutes a built-in waterproof vapor layer. Even if the product is scratched, it will not affect the overall vapor barrier. Rubber plastic is both a thermal insulation layer and a moisture barrier layer.

 

Shock reduction and noise reduction

 

The sponge-like structure of rubber plastic insulation materials makes it highly elastic, which has the function of reducing vibration and absorbing noise, thus minimizing the vibration and resonance of chilled water and hot water pipes during use.
