Auto Straight Silicone Hose Construction
Constructed from high-temperature resistant silicone rubber and reinforced with multiple layers of knitted premium polyester fabric, our hose maintains durability across extreme temperatures and varying pressure ranges.
Silicone rubber outperforms organic materials with extended service life, even under conditions that cause conventional parts to degrade. Key characteristics include:
- High temperature, electrochemical, UV, and ozone resistance.
- Standard silicone is not oil-resistant; however, our fluorosilicone variant resists fuels, oils, and solvents including gasoline
- Excellent water resistance with minimal moisture absorption and mechanical property change, even after prolonged immersion.

Characteristic
High and low temperature resistance. Silicone tubes can still maintain good flexibility and elasticity in high temperature environments, and will not deform or age. Generally, they can be used in a temperature range of -40℃~200℃. Silicone tubes do not harden, crack, or age in low temperature environments, and have good impact resistance.
Excellent insulation performance. Silicone hose has good electrical resistance and insulation performance, which can prevent electricity.
Excellent corrosion resistance. Silicone hose has excellent physical and chemical resistance and is not easy to corrode and be damaged.
Application
