Classification of peristaltic pump silicone tube
Peristaltic pump silicone tube can be divided into ordinary silicone tube, special silicone tube and platinum silicone tube (Tygon 3350).
Ordinary silicone tube: This is a basic silicone tube, transparent in color, resistant to weak acid and weak alkali, in line with sanitary grade, non-toxic and tasteless, high temperature resistant and aging resistant. Customers can choose this silicone tube under general conveying conditions, with low price and about half of the life expectancy of imported long-life tube.
Special silicone tube: This is a commissioned silicone tube, transparent and slightly white in color, resistant to weak acid and weak alkali, in line with sanitary grade, non-toxic and tasteless, high temperature resistant and aging resistant. This kind of silicone tube is determined according to the specific liquid medium of customers.
Platinum silicone tube:
1.Characteristics: colorless and transparent, hardness of 50A, good air permeability, ultraviolet B level, ozone D level, temperature of -50 to 230 degrees, theoretical life of 100 hours.
2.Applications: Non-corrosive, weak acid and alkaline liquid transmission, food, beverage, cosmetics, biological products, pharmaceutical industry and so on.
3.Certification: In line with ISO 10993 standard biocompatibility proof documents, in line with USP CLASS VI, FDA and NSF51 standards
Note: SPT50 has lower cleanliness than Tygon 3350 and lower price, other characteristics are the same as 3350.
