Extrusion Molding: The mixture is extruded through an extruder. The design and preparation of the die directly affect the shape and size of the silicone hose. Extrusion speed and pressure need to be controlled during the extrusion process to ensure dimensional and shape accuracy.

 

High-Temperature Vulcanization: The extruded silicone hose needs to undergo vulcanization treatment, usually in a high-temperature oven. Controlling the vulcanization time and temperature is extremely critical to ensure the elasticity and heat resistance of the silicone hose.
