• Our SAE100 R2AT/EN853 2SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils with its oil resistant tube. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, so it is mainly used to transfer oils. The reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile braided steel wires, making the hose have solid structure and resistant to high pressure. Therefore, it has excellent performance in high pressure working environment. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to weather, ozone, corrosion, abrasion, aging, sunlight and cut. The hose has longer service life.

■ 1. Standard Packaging

Coiled and Wrapped

Hoses are usually rolled into coils at fixed lengths for easy transportation and storage. Each roll is wrapped with plastic film or woven bags to prevent dust and moisture from entering.

Strapped with Nylon Bands

After the hose is rolled, it is reinforced with nylon or plastic straps to prevent it from being scattered. Some large-sized hoses are strapped with steel straps to enhance stability.

Labeling

Each roll of hose will be affixed with a product label containing the following information: product model, inner diameter, outer diameter, length, pressure rating, production batch number, manufacturer information, etc.

For bulk export orders, pallet packaging is usually used for easy loading, unloading, and transportation:

Hose reels are stacked on wooden or plastic pallets to keep them neat. We will also wrap the hose with plastic film to prevent it from loosening during transportation. A detailed product list and batch number information are attached to each pallet for easy inventory.
